Ingredients
4 New Zealand Rib Eyes
1/2 375 ml bottle Wild Appetite Tamarillo and Paprika Sauce
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Honey
Tamarillo and Paprika Sauce (to taste)
Directions

– Heat a BBQ grill to about 425F.

– Add add the lime juice and Airborne Clover honey to the Wild Appetite Tamarillo sauce and mix well.

– Liberally season the ribeyes with the sea salt and pepper and grill about 3 minutes on each side for medium rare.

– Brush with the sauce and remove from the grill and place on a plate and cover with tinfoil.

– Keep in a warm place.

– Allow the steaks to rest for 10 minutes.

– Just before serving brush the steaks again with the sauce and serve.
